I love anything with cauliflower or as it is known in France, “choufleur.” “Mon petit choufleur” which literally means my little cauliflower, is also a term of endearment in french meaning, “my little darling.”Domenica Restaurant in New Orleans popularized whole roasted cauliflower many years ago. At Domenica they serve the whole roasted cauliflower as an appetizer with a whipped goat cheese dip. Very yummy.
Here is my version of the roasted cauliflower. Use my Turkish muhamarra dip to accompany the cauliflower. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. The garlicky, peppery, spicy dip is the perfect match for the smoky roasted cauliflower. Bon appetit mon petit choufleur!
