What do men dream about? Making a fire and grilling. My husband Gayden finally realized one of his dreams and treated himself to a “Big Green Egg.” This recipe for grilled bok choy was one of the recommended easy starter recipes for those just jumping on the Big Green Egg wagon. This recipe can be adapted for any grill. It’s grilling paradise in south Louisiana as the temperatures warm up and we dust the pollen from the grill and return to our outdoor kitchens. This grilled bok choy with an Asian style drizzle is a great side for almost anything. Try it with grilled seafood, meats, or chicken. Dreams do come true!
