These high powered frozen yogurt bars are full of antioxidants; strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, pecans, pistachios and dark chocolate. My one time personal trainer and Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Shelly, shared this recipe with me. My husband Gayden religiously attends “torture” as we fondly call it with Shelly each week. I spent many hours sweating with Shelly for a couple of years. We always found time to talk about food, cooking and our favorite recipes and restaurants in between lunges, planks, tricep curls and lifting dead weights.
