Inspired by the tropical flavors of the Caribbean and the Yucatan Peninsula, my “Passion on the Beach” cocktail is perfect for the warm days of summer. This drink is tart, fruity, refreshing and flavorful. You can either juice and strain a fresh passion fruit or buy the pulpy prepared juice.
