1 TBSP Dijon mustard
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
½ C extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
1 garlic clove
If you have a wooden salad bowl that is preferable. Peel the garlic clove, smash it a bit and rub it around the surface of the salad bowl. In another small bowl combine the mustard and vinegar and then slowly whisk in the olive oil in a steady stream. Toss salad greens with the dijon vinaigrette in the garlic seasoned bowl.
